Do You Have Insurance?

Yes, we carry the state-required liability insurance.
  It is smart to choose a company with a commitment to safe and responsible business practices.

How Long Does It take To Set Up or Break Down?

In normal situations we can have it setup and broken down in 20 minutes.
It takes about three minutes to inflate and five to deflate, how's that for fast!

Will a moonwalk fit in my backyard?

If you have a somewhat flat area about 19' x 19'
with no low hanging tree branches, one of our smaller units will fit.
We rarely have a problem. Keep in mind that we must stay 20 feet away from overhead power lines.
You can send us photos of your yard if you have concerns.

Will a water slide or slip n' slide fit in my backyard?

If you have a flat area about 14' x 50' with no low hanging tree branches, most units will fit.  Keep in mind that we must stay 20 feet away from overhead power lines.  We rarely have a problem.


Does Austin Moonwalks Deliver and Setup?

Delivery fee applies per  zipcodes


Do I need a generator?

If you have a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet
of the setup area, a generator is not needed.


Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit. 50% deposit required on orders over $500. We accept all major debit and credit cards.


What is your weather policy?

If your reservation is cancelled due to inclement weather, your deposit can be applied to a future rental.
The deposit credit is good for up to one year.  Once equipment is delivered, there will be no rain checks or refunds available.

Can your delivery drivers / installers accept tips?

Tips are appreciated for exceptional service but are not required.

Are your moonwalks clean?

YES, we clean our moonwalks before each rental.
